Thankful November

So, I have decided to jump on the bandwagon.   I'm going to try and post something i'm grateful for each day up tell Thanksgiving :)  If I can do it i'm buying some cheesecake :)  Nothing like giving yourself an insentive haha.

K...i'm a little behind so here goes it :)
1.  First thing i'm grateful for is my wonderful hubby.  He makes me laugh and is so loving.  He puts up with me.  He found me right when I needed him the most.  I never thought I could be this happy :)

2. My second thing i'm grateful for is my wonderful parents and brother (yes Josh I said brother).  How did I get so blessed to have such a wonderful family.  My parents are so supportive and the most giving people I know.  I have the greatest relationship with both of them.  Josh  (brother) is a nut.  We have always had an interesting relationship but when it comes down to it I love him :)

3. I'm grateful for Moegly.  I can't imagine life without this sweet pup!  He makes us giggle and has such a fun spirit.

4.  I am grateful for the temple.  Last night Chris and I went to the temple and I just love the spirit you feel there.  It truly is a house of God.  I love knowing that I will be with my loved ones forever.

5.   I'm grateful for our home.  It is a place of peace and safety.

6.  I am grateful for Yosemite and all the other beautiful places in the world.   What wonderful memories I have there!

More to come tomorrow!!!!

Hey there Blog land,

This weekend has been a great weekend but I have been missing home a lot lately.  In church today I swear they were all trying to make me cry because every talk was about home and eternal families!  I was the girl in the back with the bright red eyes and runny nose crying while they played a church movie about "returning home".  The movie was supposed to be a very uplifting and happy video but of course I took it as a "I Miss Home" video.....haha  It did make me realize though how blessed I am to have an eternal family.  I don't know how I got so lucky to have the parents, brother and husband that I do!

I am so grateful that my parents made the choice to go back and get sealed in the L.A temple when I was about four years old.  That is probably about the greatest gift that they could have ever given me.  I will be with them forever.  Because of their example I was able to go to the temple with Chris and be sealed for eternity to him!

Some pictures around the house

Talk to ya later!

Hello again

Hello again...it's me.
If you haven't noticed I fail every in devour I start with this blog....I used to be one of those bloggers that blogged once or twice a week.  Now I am one of "those" bloggers that rarely blogs....I always feel so disappointed going to a blog and seeing that they haven't updated in months.  Sadly I have become one of those....
Any who.  Tonight is going to be one of those nights that I kinda rant, get on my soap box, sing the blues, ect....

Why is it that we sometimes only see the outer physical pain that others are going through?
Why don't we see the emotional and mental pain that others are going through?
Life sends us curve balls be they physical or emotional they still hurt the same.   I think it is important to remember that everyone's trial is hard for them whether we think it is or isn't.
Just please remember that even if someone doesn't have a physical pain they could have an emotional pain that they are trying their hardest to make it through.....and that's why we should be kind to everyone.....

I just want to thank every person that has ever put a loving arm out to a friend in need and made their burden light.

That is all...
In the famous words of G.G. ma....
God Bless

Disneyland

Below you will find of our favorite stops in Disneyland!
We enjoyed a fun filled day at Disneyland this last Thursday.  I as most people know am a slightly fanatic fan of Disneyland.  My legs start to bounce and I begin to act like a five year old just stole my body.  Luckily I have a super fantastic patient husband who loves me and will put up with me and my unhealthy addiction to Disneyland haha.

But instead of bore you with all my yackity Yacking I will just post our favorite things!

First: Popcorn
No trip is complete without stopping to get a bag of popcorn.  This was my family tradition that Chris got roped into haha.

Second: Penny Arcade and Shooting guns
Chris and I started this tradition on our Honeymoon.  I'm pretty good at hitting all the targets haha.

Third: Buzz Lightyear Ride
Chris LOVES this ride.  It's a must ride every trip.

Fourth: Toy Story Mania!
We actually got to go to California Adventure this time!  WOOT!  Chris always kills me at these games... :(

Fifth:  Haunted Mansion
Apparently this ride causes me to look like I am possessed.  Wha????

Sixth:  Cars Land
This was a new addition this trip and by far SOOOOOOOOOOO AWESOME!!!

That is all for this post.
